Fuyuzora Kogarashi has the supernatural ability to see ghosts and has been possessed by them since childhood. This has caused him a lot of trouble in his life, but he has learned to fight against these evil spirits. Unfortunately, he is very poor and homeless and wishes to have a happier and more normal high school life. In his search for a home, he comes across a cheap inn called Yuragi Manor that was once famous for its hot spring. The inn is possessed by the spirit of a high school student whose corpse was found there, which is why it is so cheap. Kogarashi doesn't see this as a problem, and the other tenants of the house are also sexy women. While relaxing in the hot spring, he discovers a problem with the spirit possession. The spirit of Yuragi Manor is a 16-year-old girl named Yuna who lives in his room. Kogarashi, who doesn't intend to harm girls, decides to help her finish her unfinished business. In doing so, Yuna's spirit can go to the afterlife in peace before becoming evil and going to hell. When it becomes clear that he has no problem with Yuna, the other tenants reveal their supernatural nature, and his life at Yuragi Manor becomes far from ordinary.
